About Death Tax
The planet does not belong to one individual or group of individuals alone. The planet belongs to all. Society has developed the Rule of Law as a method to set limits on human actions and everyone is obligated to follow the law. Society has established the right to purchase and own property. Each individual may benefit during their life time and be rewarded by their efforts as the law allows. At death, the property should be returned to common ownership with the exception that a reasonable amount should pass to the descendants to provide for their education and basic needs.
Note: The first five million of individual wealth should not be taxed upon death and the maximum tax rate should be limited to 50% for each individual.
