Laws should prevent harm, not favor one group over another.

All laws should be single issue, short (less than 1,000 words) and be easy to understand and published on the Internet for all to see and question. All law should apply to all people equally. No special deals for one group at the expense of other groups.

The national budget should contain only authorized expenditures for the various departments, no law.

Good law: Good law protects citizens from harm.

Bad law: Bad law gives one segment of society an advantage over others in the society.
