Abuse of power

Highly placed individuals within companies and the government grant themselves rewards and privileges not available to lower placed individuals. Those that abuse power should be removed from their positions of power.

To prevent abuse of power, we need to prevent the concentration of power in the first place: Rule of Law, Democracy, Market based economy and separation of Church and State.
