2009 Economic problem

The American economy is suffering from a loss of spending and a lack of confidence that a solution is near at hand. We recommend the following course of action:

1. Issue every tax payer a 401K type account
2. One half of employees' Social Security withholding to be deposited into their 410K account and guarantee it will pay at least as much as old social security
3. Remove ceiling on Social Security withholding amount
4. Exempt first $10,000 of dividend from income tax
5. Reduce business income tax to ten percent
6. Implement a national sales tax on products and services to make up for lost business income tax
7. Implement the housing bubble fix
8. Implement the national health care insurance plan
9. Implement the national education plan
