Inefficient organization

Examples of Inefficient organization:

Hurricane damage - the insurance companies deny claims due to storm surge rather than giving people the money to rebuild their houses.
Misbehaving students being expelled from school - they are the very ones needed the education!
People who are sick are denied health insurance - they are the ones needing medical help!
Consumer electronic devices which are incompatible rather than using a common architecture

Reason for the apparent incorrect response to situations. The need for companies to make a profit under capitalism!

We need to use government to set rules which will allow other organizations to make rational decision which are in everyone's best interest.
