The central issue in the Middle East is the question of separation of church and state. Governments should not elevate one religion above any other as a general principle.
Goal: Stop the physical violence. Transition to a political process.
What is the basic problem in the Middle-East countries?
Initially, it was a lack of jobs. Then, it was use of force to put down demonstrations about the lack of jobs. And now, it is about the winner take all attitude in Middle East government.
People, families need income which means they need jobs.
Democracy demands that everyone should have a voice to make their desires known.
Democracy demands that winner take all is not an acceptable way to govern.
Compromise is not a dirty word, it is the only way to have a safe and secure society.
