Worker mobility

Problem: Lack of worker mobility

Workers should be free to move into jobs which are more desirable to them.

Currently, retirement and health care tie workers to a particular business.

Mobility within a company could be limited. While another business may have more opportunities for the skill set of a given employee.

Solution:

Retirement and health care should be funded by the individual independently of the employer.
