Restructure the federal budget to break out the following:
- Federal government operations
- Retirement insurance system
- Health care insurance system
- Full employment insurance system
Implement a one page tax system for business and personal income tax as follows:
- Remove ALL tax code expenditures
- Reduce the business tax rate
- Personal Income tax to treat all income at the same progressive rate
- Implement a national sales tax to control inflation
Balance (*) each of the four Federal budgets each year
- Allowing for up to five percentage of budget to pay interest on national debt

* - Each area of the Federal budget needs to be in actuarial balance each year.
