7 billion on the bench and you working [you really need to work hard to support 7 billion people]

Then:

• Each person that joins you working adds to things available to you and everyone else to share
• Each angry person destroying things reduces things available to you and everyone else to share
  • Remember how young children act?
  • It is easier to destroy than build

Therefore:

You will have the most things when everyone is working
