Providing Full Employment is the responsibility of Government; not Business or the Free Market.

The function of business is to earn a profit.

The function of the Free Market is to be efficient.

The proper function of government is to protect individuals and society from harm.

It is in everyone's best interest that each nation has full employment.

The future of America depends upon a well functioning internal economy. Global trade is a good thing. High un-employment is not a good thing.

This is a problem we must come together and solve.
