A change is needed
Human Progress has been accompanied by an increase in human population for the past 10,000 years.
We are at the point where a change is needed. The planet has limited resources. We need to continue to develop without continuing to increase the population.
In the USA, housing is a big part of the economy. We need to continue to grow the economy without growing the population.
A paradigm shift is required in economic theory. The economy is not all about profit. There is a very real need to factor in the needs of the individual.
Each individual has needs which they strive to fill. Society will be better off if we provide the conditions for these needs to be met.
In the USA, a basic change to government is needed to allow the economic changes required to meet curent conditions.
