A. A nation gains wealth by promoting wealthy people.
Q. How does a nation promote wealthy people?
A. A nation promotes wealthy people by teaching the values by which people gain wealth.
Note: We should all strive to build wealth. But it is not right that some build wealth at the expense of others by the preferential treatment imposed by the rule of law.
