The function of business is to provide a product or service by the efficient use of capital and labor.

Bottom line: Business provides efficient use of labor.

We need a strategy to overcome this idea that making money is what business is all about. Business is about serving the needs of their customers, their employees, their shareholders and society. At some point an individual or a business crosses an as yet undefined line and becomes a predator in society. There is the concept of the commons: that the world was created for all individuals; not just the privileged few.
