Engineering Process

Define the scope of a system
Study the system functions and operations
Recommend changes to the system (get approval)
Design new procedures and components
Supervise construction of new or changed components
Supervise testing of new system
Supervise implementation of new system

Then we ask a question - Is the system working the way we desire? If not, go back to the beginning of the process and repeat.
