• 10/03/00 Several users have suggested that a manual would be helpful. Current service levels now contain the manual in the sample knowledge base. Please provide feedback if additional information is required and if the manual is covering the correct information.

The current ship level of the Business Knowledge System is Version 1, Release 3, Modification Level 1 available August 17, 2004. All registered users are encouraged to upgrade to this modification level. Registered users, please use the service update request form to download the lastest level.
