Installation Use Problem reports:The current ship level of the My Knowledge Base is Version 1, Release 3, Modification Level 2 available August 15, 2007. All registered users are encouraged to upgrade to this modification level. Registered users, please use the trial copy from the My Knowledge Base page to download the lastest level. Just install the trial copy over the current licensed copy using the current serial number.
